Neglecting the design information itself can be used as a starting point for design reuse. Based on the existing instance model of the enterprise, this paper firstly divides the function of the instance model; it uses the fuzzy clustering analysis method to classify the existing instance model in a fuzzy manner; then decomposes the customer requirements and compares the similarities to determine the reuse example. The model alternative set; finally, the fuzzy decision method based on the basic feedback extension is used to find the optimal scheme, and the scheme of the selected design reuse model is improved and used as the final scheme of the new model design. This paper takes the design reuse process of consumer drones as an example to verify that this method has certain feasibility and effectiveness. 基于模糊理论的模型设计重用方法
目前,对设计信息资源重用的研究主要集中在其信息的表示和建模方面。忽略设计信息本身可以作为设计重用的起点。本文在现有企业实例模型的基础上,首先对实例模型的功能进行了划分;采用模糊聚类分析方法对已有实例模型进行模糊分类;然后对客户需求进行分解,比较相似性,确定重用示例。模型备选集;最后,采用基于基本反馈扩展的模糊决策方法寻找最优方案,并对所选设计重用模型的方案进行改进,作为新模型设计的最终方案。本文以消费类无人机的设计重用过程为例,验证了该方法具有一定的可行性和有效性。Keywords-Design重用;模糊聚类;模型备选集;模糊决策
