Abstract
Infectious diseases are still the most significant cause of death and disease across the globe. Encounter a pathogen causes infectious diseases. Bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa, and helminthes have all been the main infectious agents. So, establishing an effective and efficient measure to tackle the threat of infectious illnesses becomes critical. As a result, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a valuable tool in healthcare. This document covers research on the most common approach to infectious illness prediction. The present advancements, challenges, and future opportunities for using Artificial Intelligence to detect and forecast infectious illnesses will be examined in this study. Previous research, methodology, datasets, factors, and performance indicators are all examined in this study.
