It meets the needs of deep calculation and discovery of think tank experts’knowledge, openness of managers’ decision-making process and scientific decision-making, and participation of innovators, especially innovatively constructs a closed-loop workflow of forward decision-making process and reverse feedback process, which enables think tank experts, decision makers and scientific and technological innovators to interact on the platform. Abstract

In order to adapt to the complexity, cross-cutting and big data characteristics of scientific and technological innovation activities in today’s society, we should support the open research of experts in scientific and technological think tanks and the scientific decision-making of managers.
