The internal structure of the power market system is complex. Simultaneously, the power market is gray due to the limited statistical data. In this paper, an evaluation indicator system of the power market operating efficiency is established form the market structure, market reliability, power grid operation and market economy. Then AHP is applied to determine the weights of indicators. Abstract
