Abstract

With the continuous development of the power market, the level of operating efficiency directly affects the marketization of the power industry. The internal structure of the power market system is complex. Market efficiency is affected by plenty of factors, in which only some of them are known and the way act on market efficiency is not clear. Simultaneously, the power market is gray due to the limited statistical data. In this paper, an evaluation indicator system of the power market operating efficiency is established form the market structure, market reliability, power grid operation and market economy. Then AHP is applied to determine the weights of indicators. 基于层次分析法-灰色关联分析法的电力市场运行效率评价
随着电力市场的不断发展,运行效率的高低直接影响着电力行业的市场化进程。电力市场系统的内部结构是复杂的。影响市场效率的因素很多,其中只有一部分是已知的,对市场效率的作用方式也不清楚。同时,由于统计数据有限,电力市场呈现灰色。本文从市场结构、市场可靠性、电网运行和市场经济四个方面建立了电力市场运行效率的评价指标体系。然后运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。最后采用灰色关联综合评价对选取的4个典型区域的运行效率进行排序,得到评价结果。
