In IEMC 2004 publication, the paper "Using Sport Analogy in High-Tech Management to Improve Productivity by Improving Personal and Team Performance" [1] received amazing number of feedback. Further communication with readers inspires the authors to continue with this contribution to provide more insight of our coaching and development process to build, support and continually renew the team.
