Through linear fitting and least square analysis technology, the dynamic analysis of economic benefits is carried out, and the economic benefit analysis and quantitative regression analysis model of enterprise human resource innovation are constructed. The deep learning method is adopted to quantitatively evaluate the economic benefits of enterprise human capital innovation according to the liquidity evaluation model of human capital investment and economic benefit growth. Abstract

In order to improve the quantitative evaluation ability of innovation economic benefits of enterprise human capital, this paper proposes a quantitative evaluation model of innovation economic benefits of enterprise human capital based on deep learning.
