Abstract

Technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud platforms and the internet of things are driving digitalization. The logistics industry is one of the earliest industries in China to apply digital technology. The application of digital technology is conducive to the integration of China's existing logistics resources. How logistics enterprises can better understand their digital transformation needs and choose the right digital transformation entry point is crucial. This paper conducts research on the evaluation of digital transformation capability of logistics enterprises, constructs the index system of digital transformation capability of logistics enterprises, determines the weight of indicators and verifies the consistency through fuzzy analytic hierarchy, aiming to provide certain reference value for logistics enterprises to improve their digital transformation capabilities.
