Abstract
The aspect of geographical limitations and the absence of digital records of the results of the rehabilitation program are the main problems in the traditional post-stroke rehabilitation process. Therefore, to overcome this, an information system is proposed as one of the supporters of the progress of the web-based telerehabilitation process. This website-based application has features such as data reports, data presentation, and storage of training outputs into database management. The output data that will be processed in the application are velocity, current, trajectory, and torque. The designed application system has also been tested using the SUS method involving 20 subjects and obtained an average value of 82.88. In the future research process, for each type of research the upper limb and lower limb will be secured into a database management. The existing data will then be integrated with the enkaku website as the main portal.
