Through the research methods of statistics and semantic analysis, this paper analyses and innovates from the aspects of online recruitment methods, online recruitment processes, and online recruitment data processing. Thus establish a more systematic, functional network recruitment mode. Abstract

In the era of the Internet and the digital economy, the prospect of online recruitment is broad. Small and medium-sized enterprises are constantly expanding due to the influence of policies. They have greater demand and mobility for talents and higher requirements for the effectiveness of online recruitment.
