The assumptions used in this study are the variables that can be measured by using the responses of respondents with questionnaires, TITIN Trenggalek Household consumer population, and samples of 100 respondents / consumers, data analysis using multiple linear regression statistic method, test sobel and hypothesis testing. Abstract

This study aims 1) To test and explain the effect of brand image on customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek. 2) To test and explain the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek. 3) To test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek and 4) To test and explain customer satisfaction mediation relationship between brand image with customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek.Penelitian using eksplanasi research methods conducted through data collection in the field. 本研究的目的是:1)检验和解释品牌形象对丁加勒餐厅顾客忠诚度的影响2)检验和解释品牌形象对丁加勒餐厅顾客满意度的影响3)检验和解释丁加勒餐厅顾客满意度对顾客忠诚度的影响4)检验和解释丁加勒餐厅品牌形象与顾客忠诚度之间的顾客满意度中介关系。Penelitian采用eksplanasi研究方法,通过实地数据收集进行研究。本研究使用的假设是可以通过问卷调查对象的回答、TITIN Trenggalek家庭消费人口和100名受访者/消费者的样本来测量的变量,数据分析采用多元线性回归统计方法,sobel检验和假设检验。研究结果表明:1)品牌形象提高了TITIN Trenggalek餐厅的顾客忠诚度。2)品牌形象提高了TITIN Trenggalek餐厅的顾客满意度。3)顾客满意度可以提高TITIN Trenggalek餐厅的顾客忠诚度。4)顾客满意度在TITIN Trenggalek餐厅的品牌形象与顾客忠诚度之间起到中介作用。
