Abstract

Requirements analysis of IT-support for daily operation of power plants for renewable energy (viz. solar, wind, and biochemical) shows a need for new, primarily cooperation-supportive functions, especially in the area of maintenance and repair. One central consideration is the need for a so-called digital logbook, a complete and consistent central pool of all data and documents generated in the course of a power plant's life cycle.
