Especially, the relationship between artistic competence and organizational commitment, which had no relationship in direct relationship, was found to have a complete mediating effect by finding a significant indirect effect of simple and multiple. This shows that the artistic competence influences innovation behavior and organizational commitment through entrepreneurship. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between entrepreneurship and artistic competence as a factor influencing innovation and performance.
