Abstract
In the work, an ordinary microstrip line was studied in order to obtain a compact antenna that can be used as an RFID. So using different cutouts on the radiating antenna strip, it is possible to lower its resonance frequency. In the process, the effect of square cuts and notches on the two opposite ends of the antenna was investigated. Electrodynamic analysis of the proposed antennas, showed that it is possible using simple cutouts, to significantly reduce the dimensions of the antennas. The larger the cut-out area, the more the resonance frequency decreases and, together with it, the dimensions of the antennas. Various cut-outs of a microscatter square radiator were investigated. The entire modeling process was implemented in Ansys HFSS.
