Especially with technological developments, people's quality of life increases and life becomes easier. Negative situations are observed from time to time during the continuous change and development circulation. With long working hours, increased competition and intense work pace, stress and pressure, the employee is unable to spare time and suffers psychological damage. It is necessary to thoroughly understand the concept of psychological violence, which is the biggest danger of our age. Psychological violence is a deliberate immoral attitude and behavior that is systematically applied directly or indirectly towards the target individual or individuals, to harm the victim's personality, professional life and health. Research they are the employees working in the historical Grand Bazaar in Bursa province. 219 of these employees participated in the study on a voluntary basis. With the findings we obtained as a result of the correlation analysis, very weak negative relationships were detected between Mobbing and its sub-factors and Work-Life Balance and its sub-factors.
