Abstract
The article discusses the issue of the possibility of filing a claim for recovering losses from a bank in the event of illegal withdrawal of the bankruptcy estate of a debtor-individual from his current account. The problem of determining the jurisdiction of the dispute is analyzed, the key concepts and facts necessary to prove the incurred losses are determined.
