It also helps to assess the reproduction systems colour gamut from the qualitative and quantitative points of view and to compare parameters of various colour reproduction systems. Abstract

The paper considers various methodologies of estimating colour gamut of the image information reproduction systems, which provide high precision of determination qualitative and quantitative colour indices. A new approach to the automation of colour coordinates control based on the method of analytical integration and interpretation of colour reproduction with the help of colorimetric software and hardware appliance developed on C++ language in Visual Studio programming environment is presented in the paper.
