This paper shares some findings of a study titled “A select bouquet of leadership practices advancing good governance and business ethics: A conceptual framework” undertaken in the pursuit of a doctoral degree submission. These findings can inform leaders by providing academic knowledge on the subject. Furthermore, it can support the enterprise leadership environment in transitioning from a physical to a cloud-based proximity which, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, must and is happening relatively fast.
