The first phase of testing uses direct weighting on TOPSIS, and it obtained the fourth land as the potential for oil palm plantations clearing with the scoring values are 0,578. The second stage of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine the effectiveness of the proposed model. Abstract
