Abstract

Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) is a technology of synthesizing logistics and maintenance. It forecasts the state of components’ health which can help maintenance work. Battlefield Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR) is a special kind of maintenance work. They both have the common ground and the difference. PHM technology can help BDAR worker locate the damage part more quickly, and it can also help the BDAR commander make the rush-repair decision more accurately.
