Abstract
A biodizel alapanyagok olajtartalmanak kinyerese utan magas taplaloertekű mellektermekkent marad vissza a preselveny vagy dara, amely jelentős, 10-13% olajat es 20%-ot meghalado feherjet tartalmaz. A keletkező mellektermek feletetese tulajdonkeppen 100%-ra noveli az olajhasznositas hatasfokat. A magyar takarmanymerleg jelentős feherjehiannyal kuszkodik. A hiany potlasara minden evben nagymennyisegű, magas feherjetartalmu takarmanyt importalunk (szoja, foldidio, stb.). A biodizel gyartas mellektermekeinek egyre novekvő felhasznalasa folyamatosan csokkentheti az allattenyesztes importterheit es az exportra szant termekek importtartalmat. A biodizelgyartas soran keletkező hidegen sajtolt napraforgo-, es repcedara kedvező beltartalmi ertekei alapjan alkalmas a takarmanyozasaban valo felhasznalasra is. Az allattenyesztes alapvető problemaja a rendkivul magas importfeherje felhasznalas. A hazai előallitasu mellektermek felhasznalasa jelentős import csokkenest eredmenyez. A kettenyezős preferencia vizsgalatban resztvevők velemenye a mellektermeket fogyaszto allatok husat reszesitette előnyben. ----------------------------------------------------------------- After pressing out the oil from rape seeds, the residue contains high amount (10-13%) of oil and (over 20%) protein. Using these residues as feed for livestock makes the utilisation of the oil 100% effective. Feed production in Hungary suffers from a shortage in raw materials rich in protein. This makes the import of soya and peanuts necessary. The increasing usage of the by-products of the biodiesel production may gradually lower the import needs in animal breeding and in the production of goods for export. Because of its nutrient content, the rape seed granules made from the residue of the biodiesel production seem suitable for mixing them in the feed for roast chickens. A fundamental problem in the meat poultry production is its remarkable need for import protein. In case of an increased use of domestic by-products, this import need may be significantly lowered. Thus the residue may be partial substitute for the imported protein products. Using one tonne of rape seed granules, an amount of feed worth about 200 Euro could be substituted. Feeding the residue to roast chickens did not cause deterioration in the taste of their meat. With a two-factor preference test, the test persons preferred the meat of the chickens fed with the feed mixed with the residue.
