Abstract
The implementations of service quality and competency have been seen by many as significant benefit and success enhancers, supply chain efficiency and service competency have also been receiving increasing attention. Any business is a component of a sizable supply chain and network. Due to the fact that competence services can increase organizational adaptability and enable the transfer of operational risks to another entity. This research is aimed to theoretically investigate the model that identifies the impact of service competence on supply chain efficiency in the maritime industry UAE.
