Abstract
ABSTRACT Successful development and implementation of MS requires an understanding of how organization goals and structures constrain and/or facilitate MIS. Strategies to overcome these barriers are: structural location of MIS; user involvement in MIS design and implementation; and organizational analysis, as perquisites for MIS.
