Abstract
Sustainable power sources have picked up a ton of significance in the ongoing past because of its accessibility in bounty and contamination-free nature. Wind Power Age contrasted with the other sustainable power source sources has created at a fast pace. Like a large portion of the regular Power plants, Wind Power plants must guarantee the nature of intensity conveyed to the lattice. harmonic is the most significant Power Quality Issues identified with the Wind Power plants which happen because of successive exchanging of the Power Converters and variable Wind speed. This paper presents the Harmonic study in the DFIG Wind Farms. A 126 MW wind plant was considered for the study and an appropriate technique was embraced to decrease the Harmonic content. The study and design were conveyed by the Indian Grid Codes. The outcomes gotten show the Power Quality of the DFIG Wind Farm regarding %THD (Total Harmonic Twisting). Additionally, an appropriate time interval of fault occurring and clearing is taken for transient stability study.
