K2 platform in Business process management

Abstract

The strength of an organization is based on the quality of its internal structure and the way business processes are conducted. Business processes per se require skilful, continuous and permanent management or modelling. Therefore, this management segment is the greatest challenge in the labour market and its performance success often determines the strength of competitiveness. The authors in this paper want to highlight the common problems that arise in the organization of management and business process modelling. In addition, they want to consider the environment in which they arise (restructuring, acquisition, …) and to present one of the possible approaches to problem solving.
