Abstract

The Algerian economy witnessed a set of reforms in its way to the market economy; however results were not satisfactory. Cause quently; other more effective ways have been thought to improve national economy; especially in light of the stroug competitions for partnership with countries of the European Union and its preparation to admission to word trade organization. Among the procedures that seen to be effective for our national institutions; conventions with foreign foundations, mainly because it yields many possible solutions for our institutions to put an end to its problems. Based on all what has already been mentioned, will try in the present work to identify the most important opportunities, let’s say advantages of partnership with foreign institutions and ways of its exploration by our national companies to improve its outcomes.
