Abstract

Intelligent robot is one of the important equipment in machining. After long-term processing and operation, the performance of its key components will gradually decline with the passage of time. At present, the degree of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration of the equipment is greatly improved, and the objectives of health status assessment are more complex. Using data fusion method to analyze the data of multi-source sensors is of great significance to robot health assessment.
