Combined with some relevant data on education in recent years, we choose to use the amount of intellectual property rights, the proportion of public education in GDP, the number of universities, and higher education penetration rate and the number of international students as five indicators to assess the health of the education system. Then use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain the weight of the five indicators through Matlab, namely [0.3542 0.3542 0.1632 0.0800 0.0484], and then obtain the national higher education system score through a series of calculations. Abstract
