Abstract

An accurate, simple, fast spectrophotometric method for the determination of sulfite in food by silicon molybdenum heteropoly acid has been established. The various effect factors on the spectrophotometric determination of sulfite by silicon molybdenum heteropoly acid are investigated in detail.
