The result of the application of this technology is the simultaneous display of multiple subtitle streams in different languages. During the development of this desktop application the authors also designed an easy intuitive user-friendly interface. Abstract

The paper describes the formal model of the information video blocks submitting and synchronization. Also, the article describes the technology of multi-language video content support implemented in polysubtitles video player format based on that model.
