Abstract

A universal synchrophasor based test platform is developed in this paper. This software platform can transform simulation data from the time-domain simulation software to synchrophasor data format specified by IEEE standards. It can serve as a test platform for various synchrophasor application algorithms, and provide validation for power system simulation models.
