Abstract

The differential pulse position modulation (DPPM) is analyzed. Considering various engineering factors, the modulation order and transmission rate of DPMM are confirmed. The parameter budget method of pulsed fiber laser is proposed, and the parameters such as repetition frequency and linewidth are estimated. The link formula of deep space optical communication is established.
