Step 3: Establish fuzzy hierarchical analysis, and sum up the evaluation result set, as based on the designer's experience. Step 4: Comprehensively consider the influence of all factors and obtain the judgment result. Step 5: List fuzzy rules as an application method to improve the traditional design of electric scooters for the elderly.
