The main peculiarities of providing emergency pre-medical care to the wounded during hostilities in the “red”, “yellow” and “green” zones have been revealed. Abstract

Aim: To reveal the peculiarities of providing emergency pre-medical care to the wounded in combat conditions. 目的:揭示在战斗条件下为伤员提供紧急医疗前护理的特点。资料与方法:研究方法:对科教文献、网络数据进行分析归纳;研究和总结2014- 2022年在乌克兰开展军事行动的经验、世界主要国家和北约军队在战斗条件下向伤员提供紧急医疗前护理的经验。结果:战场上高达90%的潜在死亡原因可以通过及时、高质量地为伤员提供医疗前护理而避免。揭示了在"红"、"黄"和"绿"区敌对行动期间向伤员提供紧急医疗前护理的主要特点。提出了根据北约标准提供紧急医疗前护理的算法。结论:实践证明,高质量的人员战术和医学训练可以显著降低作战伤亡率,提高部队的作战能力和作战任务的有效性。
