Then comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. The trapezoidal membership function is used for fuzzy evaluation, and the order relation method is used to determine the index weights. Abstract

With the increasing penetration rate of renewable energy in power system, the cluster partition of large-scale Distributed Generations (DGs) can optimize dispatching control and operation monitoring of power grid, and ensure stable and efficient access of distributed power to power grid. The traditional cluster partition method based on single criterion cannot meet the needs of network planning and operation. In this paper, the structural requirements, functional requirements and flexible requirements are fully considered in the cluster division, and a comprehensive evaluation index system for cluster division is established. Then comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. The trapezoidal membership function is used for fuzzy evaluation, and the order relation method is used to determine the index weights. 大规模并网分布式代的聚类划分指标体系及评价方法
随着可再生能源在电力系统中的渗透率不断提高,大规模分布式发电机组的集群划分可以优化电网的调度控制和运行监控,保证分布式电源稳定高效接入电网。传统的基于单一准则的集群划分方法已不能满足网络规划和运行的需要。本文在集群划分中充分考虑了结构需求、功能需求和柔性需求,建立了集群划分的综合评价指标体系。然后提出了综合评价方法。采用梯形隶属度函数进行模糊评价,采用顺序关系法确定指标权重。最后,通过算例验证了该聚类划分指标体系的综合有效性。
