Findings exposed that instructional designs dealing with teaching four language skills, vocabulary, and grammar are primarily needed by the teachers. The materials are effective in improving the teachers’ teaching practices, which is reflected in the influence of the improvement of the teachers’ pedagogical competence on the enhancement of the students’ outcomes.
