Abstract

The features of the use of polarized radiation in the problems of metrology of optical-geometric and structural parameters of light-scattering objects of various physical and chemical nature are described. Experimental situations are revealed that are most relevant for the study of optically anisotropic dispersed media containing particles of various shapes, sizes and orientations.
