The research finds that the way the company practice the motivation theory and the leadership style and the teamwork spirit has no problem. However, if the company want to have a more perfect development, motivation can be applied in reinforcement, management by objectives (MOB), empowerment and work sharing. Abstract

This paper discusses the motivation and teamwork of Starbucks which is one of the best know and fastest growing companies in the world. The development of Starbucks is wellknown, so the organization management in this company must have some strong advantages.
