Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of currently used and prospective technologies of automotive radar design for intelligent driver assistance systems. The questions related to the realization of the main radar nodes (antenna system, high frequency transceiver modules, systems of the digital signal processing and trajectory target tracking) are considered. The result of this analysis is formulation of the main challenges for domestic companies attempting to develop and fabricate such devices. The results of developing and testing of the radar in 24 GHz range are also presented.
