The results showed that partially work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency. Simultaneously, the variables of work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, South Aceh Regency.
