Our results showed that dietary combinations of supplemented antioxidants for chickens under heat stress had a positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients and nutrient deposits in liver tissue. Abstract

Abstract The paper investigated the effect of some dietary antioxidant’s combinations on nutrient digestibility in heat-stressed broilers. 摘要本文研究了饲粮中不同抗氧化剂组合对热应激肉鸡营养物质消化率的影响。试验选取120只14日龄的科布500肉鸡,分为4组(每组30只),饲养于笼中,在32°C的热应激条件下进行28 d的试验。对照组饲喂对照饲粮(C),试验组分别饲喂200µg/kg吡啶甲酸铬饲粮和0.25 g维生素C (VC)/kg饲粮(Cr-VC)、0.025 g Zn/kg饲粮(Cr- Zn)和10 g爬木酸草粉(CWS)/kg饲粮(Cr-CWS)。结果表明,饲粮中添加抗氧化剂组合对热应激鸡的营养物质消化率和肝组织中营养物质沉积有积极影响。饲粮中Cr与维生素C或Cr与Zn的联合作用增强了肉仔鸡肝脏中铁的沉积,Cr-Zn提高了肉仔鸡对粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、铁和锌的表观消化率。
