Perancangan Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Pasien Rawat Jalan Berbasis Web Di Rsud Pasaman Barat

Abstract

-The outpatient medical record is a documentary record of the patient's identity, examination, diagnosis, and treatment given to outpatients. The recording of medical record transactions at the Pasaman Barat Hospital in the registration section has used computerization but in the polyclinic, it is still done manually, so doctors have to wait for the medical record officer who delivers the patient's medical record file from the file storage rack, this causes frequent delays in service if the patient file has not been returned to the file storage rack section. This study is intended to create a modern electronic outpatient clinical record data framework that can make it easier for officers and specialists to view patient clinical record information. The system development method used for data collection uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and for the system development method using the waterfall method, the tools used are in the form of UML diagrams, reporting using crystal reports, testing using BlackBox, PHP programming language, and MySQL as the database. So that the existence of this system is expected to increase the quality of service because officers and doctors can view patient medical records quickly on the computer.
