Abstract

Motivational tools for an enterprise in the modern world play the same important role as, for example, the choice of a corporate development strategy for the next 5 years. Simply put, without a clear understanding of the system of motivation and remuneration, the company will easily lose its entire staff, “earn” negative dynamics in the development of personnel, and as a result, this will lead to its natural “death”.
