Abstract

When radar traces the target in low altitude, because of multi-path effect, radar echo wave gets interfered and phenomenon of false alarm or false dismissal occurs, which even can lead to losing target. This paper proposes a separating algorithm that utilizes time-frequency clustering characteristic of Fractional Fourier Transform combing features of multi-path signal.
