The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of small molecule solar cells (SM-OPVs) based on non-halogen solution can reach around 5.07%. To further enhance the performance of SM-OPVs, the active layer of optimized device is treated with the solvent vapor annealing (SVA) process before depositing the electrode. Abstract
