AbstractApplication of electronic medical records tends to be mature, and the use of electronic medical records for filing and consultation in a document form become an important aspect in medical record management, with the purposes of achieving paperless storage, integrated display and intelligent application of medical records. Based on Microsoft's .NET Platform framework, the article uses the Microsoft Visual Studio C# 2005 development tool to design an electronic medical record document management system which has the functions of automatically filing medical record documents, reviewing data and enabling online search and reading of medical records.
