Dealing with Prolonging the Resolution of Civil Lawsuits

Abstract

Civil lawsuits are settled by taking a set of procedures that start with a judicial claim and fall out with the issuance of a conclusive judgment. These procedures must take an appropriate period of time for the courts to reach the truth in their judgment. However, the way it’s going on nowadays which everyone complains about; is prolongation of the resolution of these lawsuits, which is not justified by the issuance of unbiased judgments. Accordingly, we try in this research to detect the insufficiency in the legal provision that contributes in delaying the resolution of lawsuits, to find appropriate solutions in this matter, and offer recommendations guarantee speeding up of resolution of these lawsuits.
