Abstract
It is proposed to create averaged languages by using the methods of mathematical and computer linguistics based on averaging vocabularies and grammar rules and norms of genealogically cognate languages has been proposed. The idea of creating averaged world language is proposed by means of averaging the averaged and isolated languages.
