Abstract

In recent years it is undeniable the close relationship between innovation processes and quality education, certification and recognition of organizations at national and international level have opened up new possibilities in vocational training. This scenario does not differ in the Autonomous University of Baja California as one of the activities that define the raison d'etre; is the formation of responsible professionals, committed to their context and enabled necessary to function in an environment of growing regional, national and international competitiveness skills.
