The problems in the field of nature management and ecology, which are highlighted by the business sector and the Government of the Russian Federation. In the field of ecology and nature management, entrepreneurs note the presence of systemic problems, which are heated and lead to an increase in production costs in the absence of incentives for the population and the business sector itself for the separate collection of waste. The Government of the Russian Federation notes the problems associated with unreliable statistics of waste generation and disposal, lack of mechanisms for recording and controlling waste streams. Abstract
