Abstract

Since Cohen and Prusak's work on social capital the CSCW research community has generated a lot of interest in organizational phenomena such as trust, motivation, and interpersonal relationships and the effects thereon caused by collaborative technologies. Among the mechanisms fuelling social capital, storytelling seems to stand out as one of the important ingredients without which organizational culture and creativity is hardly imaginable ([1]).
